Dalton Smith is a wine educator for Cork Wise

After leaving an office job for the service industry he quickly developed a knack for hospitality. Needing another challenge he soon discovered wine, and how it changes year to year, and knew this is what he wanted to do.

Now, with nearly a decade of experience in the service industry and four years in management he thrives in sharing his knowledge and expertise to make wine accessible and enjoyable for everyone. He has spent the past two years teaching wine classes with Ben Deibert which has evolved into what is now Cork Wise. He usually browsing the sparkling wine sections of any wine shop hoping someone will ask for his opinion.
